About Us

Mary Hunting, Au.D. has been providing audiology services to the Somersworth area since 2003. As a former American Sign Language Interpreter, Dr. Hunting believes that communication is essential to well-being and believes that all people deserve access to the sounds in the world around them. Growing up with a sister who is Deaf inspired her to pursue hearing healthcare to help others access communication and inclusion in their lives. Dr. Hunting specializes in diagnostic and neurodiagnostic hearing evaluations, diagnostic vestibular evaluations, hearing aids, and treatment of positional vertigo.

Above all else in life, Dr. Hunting treasures her family and loves spending time with them laughing, dancing in the kitchen, traveling, and sharing hobbies together.

Karyl LaRoche is the office manager for Northeast Audiology. She has 30+ years of experience working in medical practices and enjoys the personal interactions with patients. Born and raised in New Hampshire, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and cat Summer.

Dr. Persons graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree through the University of Connecticut. She has worked in the otolaryngology setting since 2012, seeing both pediatric and adult patients for hearing and vestibular testing. Dr. Persons specializes in diagnostic and neurodiagnostic audiology as well as treatment for BPPV.
